CaloriesExpress is the only software tool you will need to either simply control your calorie intake or to set up a serious program to lose weight. It will take into account all relevant data of your personal profile (body mass index, physical activities, calorie intake, eating habits, etc.) to produce a balanced and clear program to control your weight.

The program is exceedingly well structured in four sections – your personal information, a health quiz, the goal you are trying to achieve, and the conclusion (the program itself). To make things even easier for you, CaloriesExpress comes with a useful set of extra features that will provide you with all the tools you need to reach your goal, such as a meal plan and a program calendar.

The first thing CaloriesExpress will find out for you is your Body Mass Index, which will tell you how far or close you are from your ideal weight/height ratio. If you happen to be overweight, then the program will guide you through some simple yet essential quiz about your dietary habits and the physical activities you usually do. By combining these data with your height, weight, gender, age, and BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) you will be advised to go on the right calorie intake required for you to lose weight without leaving behind your energy needs. This will help you to set yourself a goal to lose X number of pounds/kilos during the next Z number of weeks, months or years. more
